Responsible for operational execution and service delivery for a specific program. Acts as the primary liaison between the client and the center operational team.

DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage project Engineers and enabling them to supervise and manage their teams

• Ensuring permits and legal papers are secured ahead of the project

• To make strategic decisions and providing leadership and direction to project managers to implement those decisions

• Monitor progress, overseeing finance, and ensuring project quality.

• Seeks prior approval for budget changes when required

• Ensures the project produces the specified results in the annual Workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the timeline and budget parameters

• Develop, implement and review operational policies and procedures

• Overview of the budgeting, reporting, planning, and Auditing

• Ensure all the legal and regulatory documents are filed and compliance with laws and regulations

• Build Alliances and partnerships with other organizations

• Work with the sales team to help set and meet daily and quarterly goal
